This hotel is cute enough, but my room was super noisy due to a club right outside. Oh, and don't even get me started on the cleanliness-the bathroom was kind of gross. Honestly, I thought a complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been appropriate for these troubles, but no. I almost gave a better score, but just couldn't.

Liked Caceres, the hotel was nicely appointed and ideal in the old town of Caceres. The staff were fairly friendly every time I needed help. Plenty of food for breakfast, everything was incredible.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Excellent location. Cafes nearby for breakfast.
Our hand basin in the bathroom did not drain properly,

The hotel's proximity to the old city made exploring local attractions convenient.
Unfortunately, the room lacked coffee-making facilities, now a standard expectation in such accommodations.

We chose the hotel because of its location which is good just on the edge of the historic city.
This is a very poor hotel It is used by bikers who delight in creating excessive noise at all times of the day and night. It is impossible to access by car if you are not a local person. The nearest car park is a twenty minute walk away and you will need to take your cases this disatance by hand. Breakfast was a disaster being all prepacked plactic wrapped portion controlled food. The room was poorly furnished in a very dated style and the bathroom had chipped appliances and again shampoo and gel was portion controlled by industrial dispensers. Even toilet rolls were controlled with our supply being two half used rolls for a two night stay. This is a seriously bad hotel

Felt comfortable taking dog into hotel and grounds. Spacious, pleasant room in building of charm and character.Helpfulness of staff eg personally showed us the way to the carpark several streets away. Excellent location in old quarter of lovely city.
Did not use restaurant no as staff on hand, therefore deperately quiet and no customers. However the bar and patio areas were alive and inviting.Noisy plumbing and sound proofing between rooms could be better. Nevertheless we would definitely use the hotel again.

Charming stay in Cáceres 🇪🇸
The room was massive, with a cozy terrace that just hit the spot. Staff were sharp-sharp, helping us sort parking and checking us in super early. The place has character, you really feel the history in those walls!

Beautiful building, lovely room. Nice bar/terrace. Excellent breakfast.
Absolutely dreadful to find, took us ages. All other hotels in Casceres seem to be signposted, nothing for this hotel. It is situated in the old part of the town entrance we found to the old part was blocked by a removable post and we needed help from a passing parking warden to get in. Parking near the hotel almost impossible.

The great and the meh
The location is superb for exploring local attractions, and the room exudes character with modern amenities artfully blending into its historic charm. The attentive staff effortlessly guided us through check-in and parking.
Unfortunately, the hot water supply was inconsistent, and the breakfast options didn't offer much variety. Noise from nearby clubs became quite disruptive , affecting our sleep quality.

Excellent staff. Big room - though a bit spartan. Everything you need in a hotel. Good restaurant / coffee shop and good outside area. Excellent location in the old town. We are returning when we are next in Cacares in February but this time with a double bed.
